Safety Guidelines

During this time, we have implemented safety measures to ensure we can safely organize a concert under the current circumstances. Please review these guidelines before purchasing tickets.

NOTE: Due to the current provincial guidelines, proof of vaccination will be required for all guests aged 12+ to enter the concert venue.

How to Purchase Tickets

Online

Purchase your tickets online by clicking the “Get Tickets” button below.

By Phone

Tickets can be purchased by phone by calling (807) 626-8276 Monday – Friday, 10am – 4pm

NO IN-PERSON TICKETS

Tickets will NOT be available at the door. They must be purchased 24 hours in advance.

Delivery Mode

Your tickets will arrive as a PDF attachment in an email from [email protected] approximately 5–10 minutes after the completion of your purchase. Please add [email protected] to your address book to make sure your tickets go to your inbox.

Tickets can be printed at home or accessed on your mobile device.

Price List & Seating

Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors will open 45 minutes before the concert start time.

All published TBSO ticket prices include HST. A service charge of 2% +$0.59 is applied to each ticket purchased.

Screening Questionnaire

All ticket holders will be required to fill out a screening questionnaire before attending the event. The questionnaire will be emailed to you 1 week before the event date and can be submitted by email or in-person at the event.

Refunds

Ticket refunds are available by contacting us at [email protected] or (807) 626-8276 up to 30 days after the scheduled event.
