For most organizations, accessibility is just a buzzword. But at the Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra, it’s what makes us unique.
We strive to bring our talented musicians to as many people as possible without barriers. We are proud to offer several performances that are free for everyone each season, and it means that the entire orchestra visits schools across the region to listen to, learn about and even participate in making the music. In the case of our “Musicians in the Classroom” program, elementary students have the opportunity to work one-on-one with a member of the orchestra.
Help us break down barriers and continue to offer our exciting programming to as many people as possible.
When you make your gift to the TBSO, you are supporting so much more than 30 musicians. You are supporting your city and your region, and ensuring that a cultural icon – as relevant today as it was 58 years ago – continues to thrive and bring classical music to as many people as possible.
Thank you for being a part of our story. Here’s to 58 more years!
