Lines 1+2 – We expect to receive extra-fancy quality Washington St. medium-size apples (the only size available in 3-lb. bags), from CA (Controlled Atmosphere) rooms.

Lines 2-3 – The sources of Navels, Grapefruit and Mandarins are not known in advance.

Line 4 – Maple Dale Cheese Co. supplies our Extra-Old & 7-yr. Cheddars (same price).

Line 5 – Snacks –The 23g pieces last indefinitely in a fridge. ORDERS DUE Feb. 23!!

Line 6 – These Goat cheese packages – Asiago and Caramelized Onion – are 158g.

Lines 7 & 8 – These Ontario cheeses are available to you once again. 200g pieces.

Line 9 – Local Gouda – 400g pieces. Many smaller (250g) varieties on ‘For sale’ tables.

Line 10 – Thunder Oak Cheese Farm – bags of Curds are 325g.

Line11a – Our highly-rated quality grated Parmesan (500g), made in Hamilton for years by the Fidanza family is distributed now by GayLea Co., a national company.

Line 11b – A Canadian-made (Toronto) Brie (200g). Double-Cream!

Line 12 – ‘Pepperettes’ & Smoked Sausages from T. Bay N. Country Prem. Sausage Co.

Line 13 – British Stiltons: Blue (150g) and Mango & Ginger (200g). TBSO favourites!

Line 14 – Havarti. Originally, a Danish cheese now produced by Arla in PEI. (200g).

Line 15 – Wensleydale): This British cheese contains blueberry pieces (200g).

Line 16- TBSO cash vouchers are known to many of you as “Food for the Soul” coupons. 31 Businesses which accept them are listed on the back. 20% TBSO profit.

 

Preserves

All jam is donated by our volunteers and all proceeds help preserve the orchestra!

Jams are available at Grandview Distribution Mar. 18-19, in the lobby at concerts, or anytime at Johan’s – 102 Clayte St.
