TBSO in the Schools
Program Details
TBSO presents educational concerts at The Avila Centre at Lakehead University! There are two concert times available for each show, 9:30am and 11:00am for Jacob Two-Two, or 10:00am and 1:00pm for Mixed Up Mozart. The Concert runs approximately 50 minutes.
Halloween Spooktacular
October 30th, join the Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra for a Hallowe’en Spooktacular, a fun-filled musical adventure the whole family will enjoy! Jacob Two-Two
February 20th, the Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra presents Dean Burry’s lively and imaginative orchestral adaptation of Jacob Two-Two and the Hooded Fang! Based on the beloved Canadian children’s book by Mordecai Richler, this musical adventure follows young Jacob, who famously says everything twice — landing him in big trouble with the fearsome Hooded Fang. With a captivating narrator and the full power of the TBSO behind the story, this expanded orchestration brings Jacob’s daring journey to life like never before. Mixed Up Mozart
