Frequently Asked Questions

How do I buy tickets?

After signing up, you will receive a welcome email detailing how to buy tickets.
For concerts at the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium (TBCA), tickets must be purchased in-person during box office hours Tuesdays & Wednesdays 12:00-4:30.

For tickets at all other venues, you can purchase online using the promo code in your welcome letter, or in-person at the door.

Can someone else use my Access Pass to buy tickets?

No. When buying tickets in person, the access pass holder must be present and show valid ID along with the access pass to purchase. If purchased online, the Access Pass holder will be asked to show their pass and valid ID at the concert.

How many tickets can I buy?

The Access Pass allows you to buy up to two (2) tickets per concert, one for you and one for a guest.

Are there any restrictions on which concerts I can use my Access Pass for?

Yes, there are some restrictions. You cannot use the Access Pass to buy discounted tickets for the Mayor’s Ball.
