By purchasing a ticket in this Lottery the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these rules and regulations. Tickets are not tax deductable and must be purchased within the Province of Ontario. Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets may not be purchased on behalf of anyone under the age of 18 years of age. Tickets are $20 each. Prize values are retail estimates only. Alcohol and Gaming Commission regulations prohibit the following individuals — and all of their immediate family members residing in the same household — from purchasing a ticket for their own use of being considered eligible to win prizes: Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors, contractors and employees. DRAW: Lottery tickets will be on sale until 7:00 p.m. on April 18, 2019. Two winning tickets will be drawn at that evening’s concert INTERMISSION at 1 Paul Shaffer Drive at the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium. Winners will be notified by telephone and on the TBSO website immediately following the draw. Prize One: Cruise for two (2), interior cabin. Includes cruise from Expedia, taxes included., does not include gratuities. Cruise dates October 2 to 9, 2019 only, from Rome. Prize is transferrable to another party. Return airfare Thunder Bay to Rome supplied by TBSO through Air Canada. Prize Two: Two (2) Economy Class round trip tickets for travel to the Air Canada destination of winner’s choice in Air Canada’s worldwide network.Tickets are valid for travel on Air Canada, Air Canada Express and Air Canada Rouge scheduled flights only (not valid on Star Alliance partners or code sharing carriers). All travel is to be completed by April 30, 2020. Travel is not permitted during the standard blackout periods. All applicable fees, such as airport/departure taxes, security charges or other third party fees, taxes or charges are the sole responsibility of the bearer of the ticket. If purchasing online, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Your official lottery tickets will be delivered by Canada Post regular mail or, if you wish, picked up at our office during regular office hours. Please let us know your preference in your order comments.
