Make every Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra concert a stress-free event by planning ahead.

Mandatory proof of vaccination will be required for all TBSO performances until the end of the 2021/22 season (May 7). Please come back to this page for any updates on how we will proceed beyond that.

  • All patrons, 12 years of age or older, must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination and a government-issued ID. This means patrons should be at least 14 days past the 2nd dose of their COVID-19 vaccination by the date of their concert.
  • Any patrons under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult who has proof of full vaccination and a government issued ID.
  • Unvaccinated patrons 12 years of age and older will not be eligible for entry. For those with a medical reason for exemption, please ensure your documentation meets the requirements outlined by the Ministry of Health before you attend. Medical exemptions must be presented at the door.
  • Visitors from outside of Canada may show their own country’s or jurisdiction’s vaccine receipt(s) to prove they are fully vaccinated and photo ID.
  • The TBSO has separate vaccination policies in place for musicians, guest artists, staff, and volunteers. In addition, TBSO musicians and guest artists are regularly tested for COVID-19.
  • For more information on the provincial vaccination requirement, or for assistance obtaining your proof of vaccination, please visit

  • A mask that snugly covers your nose, mouth, and chin must be worn at all times in the venue. Neck gaiters, open-chin triangle bandanas, face shields, and face coverings containing valves are not acceptable forms of face coverings.
  • Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra staff and volunteers, and performance venue staff will also be masked.

Venue Information:

Please ensure you verify all show information prior to the concert – check your tickets for venue and start time – policies mentioned above are required for both venues.
