We open the concert with an overture by Fanny Hensel Mendelssohn, followed by Laryssa Kuzmenko’s lovely Prayer. Next, we hear the languorous Suite en forme de valses by Mélanie “Mel” Bonis, and Sinfonia by Marianna Martines.
